Job Description
Overview

Join AXA Health as a Product Owner within our Product and Pricing squad where you'll support the delivery of key initiatives in a dynamic, agile environment. This role involves managing the product backlog, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring smooth delivery of features and projects. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and meet strategic objectives. This is a fixed-term role, offering an exciting opportunity to develop your product management skills within a leading health insurance provider.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own and refine the team's product backlog, ensuring readiness for delivery.

  • Coordinate daily squad activities to meet sprint goals and delivery targets.
  • Support the Product and Senior Product Managers with tracking progress and milestones.
  • Gather and incorporate stakeholder and user feedback to inform backlog priorities.
  • Monitor product metrics and operational trends to identify improvements.
  • Document features, stories, and acceptance criteria clearly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure technical feasibility and operational readiness.

  • Proactive approach to identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to maintain clear documentation.
  • Enthusiasm for developing product management expertise and understanding strategic planning.
