Product Owner - Hotel Operations (PMS, Payments, Key/Lock Systems)
Location: London, UK (Hybrid - Minimum 3 days onsite)

About the Role
A fast-growing, pan-European hospitality brand is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to lead the evolution of its hotel operations technology. With a portfolio of over 30 properties across Europe, this is a unique opportunity to shape the systems that power seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel management.

What You'll Be Doing
As Product Owner, you'll take ownership of the roadmap and strategy for key operational systems, including Property Management Systems (PMS), payment solutions, and key/lock technologies. You'll work closely with stakeholders across hotel operations, tech teams, and third-party vendors to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for hotel operations technologies.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Oversee the rollout of new systems and enhancements to existing platforms.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Monitor system performance and define KPIs to measure success.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure smooth integrations.

Key Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in hospitality tech.
  • Proven track record with hotel systems such as PMS, payment platforms, and access control.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and tech partners.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and performance.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
  • Ability to work onsite in London at least 3 days per week.
