Our engineering team are on the look out for a talented Technical Product Owner to become part of a dynamic team that brings our ideas to life.
What will you do?As Product Owner;
- Translate product roadmaps into actionable backlog items.
- Refine, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate feedback loops between Product Managers, delivery teams, and customers.
- Monitor delivery outcomes and help shape priorities.
- Plan and sequence work across sprints.
- Coach and support the team to embed agile practices and continuous improvement.
- Remove blockers to keep delivery on track.
- Track and share delivery progress through transparent reporting.
- Build a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or in a similar agile delivery role.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Skilled in backlog refinement, prioritisation, and facilitation.
- Confident communicator, comfortable with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive, and delivery-focused.
Bonus points if you also have;
- Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, CSM, or PSM.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to product analytics, customer feedback, or UX collaboration.
