We're on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Product Operations Co-ordinator to support the delivery of our Leadership, Talent, Engagement and Performance programmes. As a Product Operations Co-ordinator, you'll be at the heart of the team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes for some of our most important people initiatives. From scheduling and supplier management to data evaluation and reporting, your work will directly contribute to how we engage, develop and empower our people.

You'll work closely with our Product Leads and suppliers, making sure programmes are delivered effectively and efficiently. You'll bring structure, insight and a passion for operational excellence - and you'll be a key part of a team inspiring change across the

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Strong time management, organisational and follow-up skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with proven partner management ability
  • Experience in learning operations within a large organisation or learning institution
  • Knowledge of LMS functionality and experience working with Managed Learning Services
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable with data evaluation and able to make data-driven recommendations
  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean or Waterfall delivery methodologies is highly desirable
