Your Role: We are looking for a results-oriented and proactive Product Operations Manager to lead and execute the product strategy for critical systems that empower sellers to join, operate, and scale their businesses. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize existing products and develop innovative solutions that enhance seller efficiency and experience. This role will require a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional collaboration skills.


Key Responsibilities:


Technical Product Leadership:


  • Lead the Miravia API Open Platform: Plan and implement strategies to improve the API system, enabling seamless third-party integrations for seller onboarding, inventory management, and performance tracking.
  • Manage the Lead Management Platform: Oversee the process for capturing, scoring, routing, and converting leads, ensuring it aligns with broader business goals.


Product Management & Operations:


  • Identify and address gaps in the Open Platform, Lead Management Platform, and API Integration Modules, turning them into clear action plans.
  • Develop comprehensive technical and business requirement documents (BRDs): Include API specifications, data flow diagrams, and seller journey maps.
  • Define and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical dependencies to meet business goals and system architecture.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:


  • Partner with product delivery, engineering, data analytics, and UX teams to deliver scalable solutions across Miravia's platforms.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical stakeholders (developers, QA) and business teams (seller operations, ecosystems) to address complex issues and set product priorities.
  • Facilitate technical workshops to gather feedback, prioritize features, and promote the use of key systems.


Performance Optimization:


  • Monitor and analyze API performance, lead conversion metrics, and integration stability to find areas for improvement.
  • Drive continuous iteration through agile methodologies, ensuring rapid testing, deployment, and feedback loops.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce, digital marketplaces, or SaaS platforms.
  • Proven expertise in leading API ecosystems, lead lifecycle automation, or integration frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON/XML protocols, and technical architecture for lead management platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis, with experience managing large datasets.
  • Exceptional project and product management skills, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus.
