Product Manager (Pooled Funds)

Our client is a leading investment management boutique. Due to continued business success, they are now looking to recruit a Product Manager to join their high-performing team on a permanent basis.

Working closely alongside the Senior Product Manager and the Head of Product, the Product Manager will assume the following remit:

1. Assisting in developing and maintaining a robust product process to ensure the business can effectively identify, design and launch new products and services
2. Assisting in the development and design process
3. Project manage new pooled fund launches, or modifications to existing funds, from inception to completion
4. Assist in monitoring and ongoing maintenance of all client facing documentation including KIIDs
5. Liaising with Compliance, Company Secretarial and external lawyers to ensure that documentation reflects regulatory changes
6. Engaging with various working groups to ensure that documentation updates are delivered in a timely manner
7. Assist in developing and maintaining library or database of static Product data
8. Ensuring that all product governance related projects are managed effectively, keeping the Product Governance Committee and any other relevant committees informed of the status of each project
9. Producing reports on Product Governance for relevant committees
10. Actioning requests from the Product Governance Committee
11. Ad hoc project management

The Product Manager will meet the following credentials:

1. Educated to degree level or equivalent
2. Professional qualifications (such as IMC, CFA) preferred
3. 3+ years' experience within investment management
4. Good understanding of pooled funds is essential
5. Ability to adhere to tight deadlines while multi-tasking and working under pressure
6. Know when to escalate issues, and how to do so concisely and effectively
