Moss is a Finance AI platform for Europe's mid sized businesses, providing real time visibility and control over company spending. It automates card issuing, invoice management, and expense workflows to reduce manual administrative work for finance and accounting teams.

Задачи

• Own and manage the product roadmap for the product area end-to end, from discovery through delivery
• Define and track OKRs with the squad and report progress
• Partner with Engineering and Design on technical scoping, discovery, and delivery
• Prioritise based on direct conversations with customers and customer-facing teams
• Identify and proactively flag dependencies with adjacent product teams before they become delivery risks
• Represent the customer in cross functional decisions and trade off discussions
• Develop a 12-18-month vision focused on an AI first UX

Требования

• 4+ Years of product management experience
• At least 2 years owning a customer facing product area end to end
• At least 2 years of experience in a B2B environment
• Proven success conceptualising, developing, launching, and scaling products in a fast paced environment
• Experience navigating ambiguous, evidence light problem spaces and defining solutions from scratch
• Experience partnering directly with engineering on technical trade offs and dependency management
• Ownership driven, evidence led, proactive, strategic, and collaborative approach
• Fluent in English
• Nice to have: German
