• End-to-end ownership of AI agents
• A dynamic, iterative environment - no stagnation, no copy-paste
• Room to experiment : Open Source tools, Greenfield projects

Activities

• Prototype and roll out AI Agents for campaign setup & troubleshooting
• Analyze real user problems - and translate them into automation
• Continuously improve agent performance based on measurable goals
• Deep dive into the smartclip AdServer system: Understand the tech & business logic, connect the dots, reimagine the architecture
• Drive AI adoption in a highly connected platform

Requirements

• Know AdTech and AdOps - maybe even from "the other side" (Supply Side = bonus)
• Have built or prototyped AI automations before
• Don't treat APIs like alien hieroglyphs
• Think technically , but act strategically
• Bring a Growth Hacker mindset : curious, fast, hands-on
