The Seibert product business unit is active in the Atlassian Marketplace with Confluence and Jira apps, and has achieved Gold Marketplace Partner as well as Platinum Marketplace Partner for its joint ventures with draw.io and Aura Apps. Our team manages the marketing and sales for a collection of Confluence and Jira apps such as Didit Checklist, Spacecraft, AutoPage, Templating.app, and more. As the apps grow, new joint ventures are created, and new ideas come to market, we are expanding our team.

The following tasks will be part of your roleProduct strategy
- Collaborating with the Product Owner and product team to influence the roadmap with market insights
- Performing customer and market research to understand key consumer segments and define opportunities
- Developing product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonates with the target audience and differentiates our products in the market
GTM
- Defining go-to-market strategies for the Jira and/or Confluence apps you are responsible for
- Planning, creating concepts, executing, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the RevOps team for paid ad campaigns
Sales enablement
- Creating and maintaining sales enablement materials
- Collaborating with sales and partner management for event participation, including creating demo presentations
What do I bring to the team?
- You should already have experience in a product marketing function in a SaaS company, preferably B2B
- If you already know the Atlassian products Jira and Confluence and the Atlassian Ecosystem, that would be great. However, it is more important that you are familiar with technical products and how to market them to technical audiences
- You should have experience in launching new products or features, developing positioning, pricing, sales channels, and promotion strategies
- Excellent team communication skills and strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions round off your profile
