Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Lead discovery activities to identify customer problems and opportunities.
- Contribute to product roadmap and strategic planning activities.
- Balance customer, business and technical trade-offs.
- Define product requirements and drive feature definition from analysis through delivery.
- Own backlog prioritisation balancing features, debt, bugs and enablers.
- Lead delivery coordination and dependencies.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to ensure high-quality delivery outcomes.
- Manage release planning and feature rollout activities.
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks.
- Ensure product quality and successful customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with Marketing to prepare go to market collateral and campaigns.
- Train customer facing team members on new features.
- Be a confident and informed "voice of the customer" representative for Engineering and Design teams.
- Maintain ongoing customer and stakeholder feedback loops.
- Present product demonstrations internally to stakeholders and externally to customers and prospects.
- Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering and business teams.
- Facilitate alignment across teams and stakeholders.
- Communicate product direction, priorities and trade-offs effectively.
- Define and monitor feature and product success metrics.
- Analyse product performance and customer feedback.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Product practices and workflows.
- Support evolving AI-enabled product development approaches.
- AI Literacy. You will need to optimize your working output with AI, and develop AI powered solutions into external products.
- At least 3 years experience in a Product Management or similar role.
- Experience focused on the design, management and support of public API products.
- Experience maintaining a mature product suite that operates at scale.
- Technical literacy. You don't need to be a developer or write code, but an understanding of the fundamentals of web applications will serve you well in this role.
- Nice to Have: Experience in EdTech or in an educational setting (such as being a former educator).
- Nice to Have: Experience with, and a passion for developing software that is accessible to all users.
