Product Manager

Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year

• We are looking for someone with ERP software experience.
• We are seeking an experienced ERP account manager who wants to move into product management.
• We are open to junior applicants who are willing to learn and develop.
• You should be able to commute to Lincoln three days per week.
• You should have a desire to help grow a new cloud-based ERP product.

• We will work closely with our Product Manager and Professional Services Team to shape the direction of our latest product.
• We will translate user and prospect requirements into clear, commercially useful input that influences product development and positioning.
• We will provide training, coaching, and time to develop for junior applicants.
• We will support progression from shaping the product and shadowing demonstrations through to delivering high-quality product demos independently.
• As you become established, you will take on greater ownership, including leading customer demonstrations and influencing product direction.
