Product Manager

We're looking for a commercially driven Product Manager to take ownership of our clients consumer platform and play a key role in scaling growth.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you'll shape the product experience for over a million users - driving acquisition, improving customer journeys, and enabling network expansion.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define and deliver a product roadmap aligned to growth and commercial goals
• Identify opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion
• Build scalable product foundations for continued expansion
• Work closely with Engineering to ship improvements across app and web
• Define user journeys, stories, and requirements
• Design intuitive, frictionless user experiences
• Lead cross-functional projects to increase user growth and engagement
• Set clear success metrics and deliver measurable outcomes
• Use customer feedback and data to inform decisions

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in digital product management
• Proven experience working with Engineering teams in agile environments
• Strong experience defining user journeys and product requirements
• Background in consumer apps, SaaS, or digital platforms
• Excellent analytical, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes
