We are looking for a commercially minded and technically proficient Product Manager to lead the strategic development and lifecycle management of our industrial Film and Smart Surface Solutions product lines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of market needs, product innovation, and cross functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the chemical industry, customer centric thinking, and a proactive approach to driving product success globally.

The role will be based at our site in Wantage, Oxfordshire with some requirements for travel domestically and worldwide.

As Product Manager, you will:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for assigned industrial F&SSS product lines.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Define product requirements and collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Operations to bring new products to market.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including launch, growth, maturity, and phase out.
• Support commercial teams with product training, technical documentation, and go to market strategies.
• Monitor product performance and profitability, recommending adjustments as needed.
• Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather feedback and identify opportunities for innovation.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field; MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.

Experience: Experience in product management, technical marketing, or commercial roles within the chemical industry.

Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of chemical formulations, applications, and regulatory environments.

Global Exposure: Experience working in international markets or with global teams is highly desirable.

Languages: Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Product & Market Insight: Ability to translate market needs into product solutions and strategies.

Project Management: Skilled in managing timelines, resources, and cross functional collaboration.

Analytical Thinking: Strong data analysis skills to assess product performance and market dynamics.

Communication: Clear and persuasive communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Customer Orientation: Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to deliver value through product innovation.

Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast paced global environment.

Digital Fluency: Proficient in using digital tools for product management, CRM, and data visualization.
