Your Tasks

• Definition and ownership of the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Training Systems, including Aircraft and Ground based Training Systems
• Translation of customer and stakeholder needs into clear, testable requirements
• Development of product positioning, value propositions, and messaging across market segments, supported by market and competitor analysis
• Provision of solution configurations and technical content for bids, ensuring compliant and compelling proposals
• Planning and execution of product launches and campaigns, including creation and governance of high-quality marketing collateral
• Support of Sales through concise briefs, demos, customer engagements, and reporting for senior management

With this you convince us

• Master's degree in aeronautical, mechanical, or electrical engineering, with an additional degree in business administration or economics considered an advantage
• Proven experience in product management and product marketing of aviation products, ideally including exposure to training systems and 4th or 5th generation fighter aircraft environments
• Demonstrated expertise in complex development environments, with a track record of delivering results in multidisciplinary settings
• Excellent communication skills in English at minimum C1 level, with additional languages such as German considered an advantage
• Proactive, self- motivated and solution-oriented working style, with a high level of responsibility and commitment to continuous improvement
• Strong interpersonal skills, including high emotional intelligence, stakeholder management capability, and effective collaboration across teams
