You'll own roadmap priorities, drive delivery, and help define the long-term vision for identity at Elsevier. If you're passionate about solving complex systems problems and improving user experience at scale, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Interacting frequently with customers, and generating customer requirements.
  • Anticipating customer needs and prioritizing those for the organization.
  • Actively gathering data from multiple sources (customer, market analysis, sales and revenue, etc.) to drive solutions to business problems and issues of consequence to the company.
  • Supporting the go-to-market strategy with good communication of customer requirements and timelines to stakeholders.
  • Solve customer issues with product features that achieve business goals and metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.
  • Min of 4-6 years of PM experience in a similar role.
  • Recognized as full owner of a product or multiple features.
  • Identified, led, and released changes or enhancements that improved customer satisfaction and/or commercial impact.
  • Demonstration of thorough product development knowledge, including the ability to develop related business cases, content, and product plans.
  • Successful participation in customer engagements.
