Titanbay's mission is to solve meaningful, complex problems in private market investing. As a Product Manager, you'll immerse yourself in those challenges - talking to customers, learning the industry, working with data, and forming clear, thoughtful hypotheses - so that together with Design, Engineering and the rest of our team, we can build solutions that unlock real value.

You'll use generative AI and other modern tools where they add speed or depth - but your curiosity, empathy, and insight will always be at the core of your work.

Stay close to our customers - investors, wealth managers, and partners. Reflect their perspective in decisions. Blend qualitative and quantitative feedback to ensure we're solving the right problems.

Care for your product area from discovery through delivery and learning. Share responsibility across teams, reduce ambiguity, and support steady, thoughtful progress.

Focus on what matters, learn early, and adapt quickly. Use tools like AI or no-code to work smarter. Release value in small steps and refine as you go.

Communicate clearly, share updates, seek and give feedback, and follow through. Nurture strong working relationships across design, engineering, ops, and commercial teams with honesty and enthusiasm.

• A natural curiosity about finance and a desire to make private market investing more accessible and inclusive.
• Around 2+ years' experience contributing to digital products in a cross-functional team - ideally in B2B or B2B2C SaaS.
• Experience working closely with customers and teammates to explore ideas, test solutions, and make continuous progress.
• Familiarity with AI or automation tools to support research, prototyping, or workflows.
• Comfort working with product metrics and data - through BI tools, SQL, or collaboration with analysts.
• A thoughtful, clear communication style that helps teams align, act, and learn together.
