Job Description
Tasks 
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with business goals and customer needs.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new product features or enhancements.
- Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features and updates based on impact and feasibility.
- Monitor product performance metrics post-launch and iterate on improvements to optimize user experience and satisfaction.
- Experience in product management or related field, ideally within the food or consumer goods industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and results.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
