We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our team. This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape the future of our product offerings, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the company roadmap.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to define and deliver high-quality features.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and timelines to stakeholders.
  • Continuously gather feedback and data to iterate and improve the product.
  • Coordinate with other product managers to manage cross-team dependencies
  • 3-5 years of experience in a product management or product owner role.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
  • A user-centric mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes over output.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and make data-informed decisions.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude and a passion for building great products.

Working Pattern
