Job Description

We're looking for a Product Manager who's excited to shape the future of industrial automation, bridging customer needs with engineering excellence to deliver solutions that matter. As Product Manager, you'll own the vision, roadmap, and execution for key product initiatives.

Activities

You'll collaborate with engineers, designers, customers, and stakeholders to ensure we're building the right solutions for the market.

  • Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business goals
  • Gather, synthesize, and prioritize customer and market insights into actionable requirements
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features from idea to launch
  • Manage the product lifecycle - from ideation, specification, development, release, and iteration
  • Monitor product performance and adoption; continuously improve based on user feedback and analytics
  • Support go-to-market, documentation, and enablement efforts with marketing and sales teams
  • Act as the voice of the customer and the market within Tomorrow Things

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or industrial/IoT tech
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation, IoT, or manufacturing workflows (or willingness to dive in!)
  • Proven track record of translating complex technical solutions into customer-centric products
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to work across disciplines and with customers
  • A data-driven mindset and passion for solving real-world problems with technology

Team

Work on meaningful technology powering smarter, greener factories. Join a funded, scaling startup backed by leading investors. Flat hierarchies, open culture, and real ownership of your work.

Application Process

  1. Virtual meeting with our COO where you have the change to tell us about you
  2. Meet the CEO (virtual or in person) to go deep into what the role is about and the expecations.
  3. This follows up by at least two reference calls we want to make with previous supervisors.
  4. In the end, you have the chance to meet the team in one or two virtual sessions.
