Product Manager - Public Sector

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex product strategies and roadmaps
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Stay current with emerging product management trends, tools, and best practices
• Contribute to the development of product strategies and roadmaps
• Define Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) and manage product backlogs
• Lead and work within multidisciplinary teams, considering both business and technical constraints
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong foundation in Agile and DevOps practices
• Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns
• Proficiency in data modeling and data management
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Ability to build consensus, manage expectations, and facilitate effective decision-making and prioritization

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive experience in product management, including defining and articulating product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap
• Masterful proficiency in collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders, including executives, project teams, functional managers, and specialists from various areas
• Experience in leading and working within multidisciplinary teams with both business and technical considerations/constraints
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices (preferred)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) (preferred)
• Proficiency in data modeling and data management (preferred)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) (preferred)
