Take on the Challenge
As Product Manager, you will play a central role in defining and guiding the development of our power conversion solutions. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of our product range, including converters, energy storage systems, and integration with renewable energy and energy management systems. For example, you may work on our bidirectional inverters used in microgrid and energy storage applications, helping customers reduce reliance on fossil fuels and improve energy autonomy.
Reporting to the Product Management Team Leader, you will be the key link between market needs, business strategy and technical development - shaping future solutions by aligning customer expectations with technological capabilities and CE+T's innovation roadmap.
Key responsibilities
Customer & market insight:
- Analyze market trends and customer requirements in the energy management and power electronics sectors.
- Identify opportunities and translate them into product concepts that stand out competitively.
Cross-functional collaboration:
- Serve as the bridge between R&D, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Support.
- Translate customer needs and business requirements into high-level technical specifications.
Strategic planning & road mapping:
- Define the product vision in alignment with business goals.
- Develop clear product roadmaps to guide cross-functional development efforts.
- Prioritize features based on customer value and business impact.
Innovation & prototyping:
- Drive PoC (Proof of Concept) and prototype initiatives for new, generic product solutions.
- Conduct product demos and technical workshops with customers to validate new concepts and technologies.
Customer Interaction & Customization Management:
- Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and discuss potential product modifications while ensuring alignment with the product vision.
- Negotiate and manage customizations, balancing customer requirements with product standardization and technical feasibility.
- Oversee the implementation of agreed modifications, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction while maintaining product integrity.
Launch & communication:
- Support go-to-market efforts by providing content and insights for marketing and sales.
- Represent the company at public events and with customers as a technical product evangelist.
Operational & financial involvement:
- Contribute to pricing strategies and ensure solutions are both profitable and competitive.
- Provide documentation packages for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Education & languages
- To hold a Master's degree in electrical or electronic engineering (or a closely related field) is a solid foundation to master our technical ecosystem.
- To bring experience in energy or power markets (renewables, energy storage, etc.) is a strong assert to understand our customers' challenges.
- Being familiar with software-hardware interactions (e.g. IoT, EMS, Machine Learning, Big Data ) is an added bonus for innovation-oriented projects.
Hard Skills
- You're familiar with energy management systems (EMS) and their role in smart energy solutions.
- You understand key industry regulations and compliance standards relevant to our sector.
