Job Description

Product Manager - CRM/Customer Relationship Management/Product Management/Customer/Marketing/Sales/Data/AI/Based in West Midlands/£60,000 - 75,000 + bonus.

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Product Manager with expertise in CRM.

Permanent role

Location - West Midlands/Birmingham/Solihull

Salary £60,000 - 75,000 + bonus

You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, customer success, engineering, and data teams to build and optimise customer journeys across multiple channels and building platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the CRM product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of CRM features and enhancements from ideation to release.
  • Drive personalisation, automation, and segmentation strategies using CRM tools and platforms.
  • Work with data and analytics to define KPIs, measure campaign and product impact, and continuously optimise the CRM strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate CRM with other systems (eg, CDPs, marketing automation tools, customer service platforms).
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders, write user stories, and prioritise work in the product backlog.
  • Stay up to date on CRM best practices, tools, and technologies to ensure our stack and strategies are cutting-edge.
  • Champion the voice of the customer in all product decisions.

Experience:

  • Product Management experience with a focus on CRM or customer engagement platforms.
  • Proven experience with CRM tools/systems
  • Strong understanding of customer life cycle strategies, retention, and life cycle marketing.
  • Experience working with engineering, design, and marketing to build and optimise customer communication journeys.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform product decisions.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in fast-paced SaaS, eCommerce, or digital product environments.
  • Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs), data integration, and API workflows.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
