Location
This role is open globally. The work model is hybrid.

Location is flexible (Americas, EMEA, Asia are preferred locations)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, productize, and standardize new advisory services to support customers in improving the reliability and safety of their electrical networks.
  • Define, build, and manage the advisory services Product Management organization to scale the new business leveraging the complete ELSE portfolio.
  • Drive and implement the global advisory services commercialization strategy in cooperation with ELSE M&S, ensuring integrated commercial success and business growth.
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive innovation with a strong customer value focus, while aligning with operational execution paths across ELSE Regions.
  • Monitor the offering portfolio to maintain a healthy mix and vitality.
  • Promote continuous development of people and processes within advisory service teams, championing ABB's core values.
  • Enable the organization to achieve its short, mid, and long-term performance and growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in leading and managing global functions including Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Product Management.
  • Experience in leading Strategy and Business Development projects at regional or global level.
  • Deep understanding of ABB Electrification business and customer needs.
  • Proven leadership in building and leading large teams with a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive culture.
  • Strong strategic and results orientation, with a passion for solving complex problems.
  • Global mindset, intercultural sensitivity, and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in M&A is a strong asset.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
