To accelerate our success and growth within the European market, Edmund Optics is looking for a Product Engineer, Brand Partners to join the Brand Team and help grow our portfolio of industry-leading brands within the Edmund Optics Marketplace.
Responsibilities- Support the execution of the Marketplace Partner Brand strategy for assigned brands
- Research, understand and communicate supplier product information to internal teams to ensure product content, features & benefits and technical specifications align with EO's website, product videos and collateral
- Participate in cross-functional product onboarding processes including technical validation, data curation, and commercial readiness for assigned brands
- Maintain strong relationships with supplier marketing teams and channel managers to align goals, roadmaps, and performance expectations of assigned products
- Assist in executing supplier brand marketing and merchandising through campaigns, product spotlights, and promotional strategies tailored to each brand's strengths and EO's audience
- Collaborate with internal teams to align brand promotions with commercial and corporate strategies
- Stay informed on the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to inform the Brand Team
- Comply with statutory and company policies, procedures, and regulations

Your profile- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, Business, Marketing or Communications
- Work experience in optics, lasers, or physics lab, or in product support of optical, electrical, or laser components; 1-2 years in a B2B, distribution or marketplace setting preferred
- Ability to understand technical specifications and convert them to compelling product features & benefits
- Interest in developing skills of co-branded marketing and third-party brand representation
- Willingness to work with many groups across departments and demonstrate strong teamwork
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication, project management and creative thinking capabilities
- Ability to manage a heavy workload of multiple, concurrent projects and priorities
- Proficiency with MS Office; strong emphasis on Power BI
- Willingness to travel
