Product Engineer London (6-day working week) Overview

Stott and Mayare partnered with a fast growing InsurTech startup who are hiring an experienced Product Engineer to help build their AI platform, which is transforming insurance claims, and empowering people to get support during life's most critical moments.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve claims automation systems so most claims can be processed without manual intervention.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand workflows, identify bottlenecks, and enhance usability.
• Develop tools and integrations to help new clients onboard quickly and deliver a smooth experience.
• Tech stack: Next.js, Express, GCP, PostgreSQL, LangChain, Terraform.

Requirements

• Passion for shipping quickly and iterating fast.
• Strong experience across frontend and backend development.
• Hands on experience building with large language models (LLMs).
• Strong product intuition and problem solving ability.
• Fast learner, especially with new tools and frameworks.
• Excellent communication with non technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in dynamic, high growth environments.
