- Build intuitive and performant web-based applications using modern technologies and architectures.
- Use cutting-edge AI tools to boost personal and team productivity and effectiveness.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve product usability, data quality, and clinical workflow integration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional colleague, including clinicians, designers, and compliance experts, to deliver solutions that are useful, safe, and ethical.
Who you are
- You have extensive experience and passion in full-stack product engineering, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- You think like a product owner: iterative, pragmatic, data-informed, and relentlessly focused on delivering user value.
- You're fluent in modern web technologies and architectures such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and serverless architectures and you care about writing clean, maintainable code.
- You know how to leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows, whether it's for code, product discovery, or user support.
- You're self-directed and comfortable making decisions in ambiguous or evolving situations.
- You're motivated by impact and care deeply about improving healthcare outcomes and system efficiency.

Why Join us
- Work on real-world problems that affect patients and clinicians every day.
- Ship features that go live in hospitals, not just demos.
- Collaborate with a mission-driven team that values autonomy, learning, and long-term thinking.
