Product Developer and Production Manager

We are seeking a detail orientatedProduct Development and Production Manager to join our London atelier. The Product Development and Production Manager will oversee the end-to-end sampling and production process ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality garments. This role involves managing relationships with suppliers and manufacturers while maintaining efficient communication with the internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design team during collection development with technical and sourcing input

• Leading product development from concept to delivery, on spec, on time, on margin

• Co-ordinate and attend fittings and studio reviews

• Managing relationships with international suppliers and manufacturers

• Monitoring cost negotiation, and margin performance

• Order and manage production raw materials

• Monitor production budgets

• Track deadlines across development and production critical paths.

• Owning quality standards and resolving production issues fast

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fashion production and development, ideally in luxury or high-end fashion

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern cutting, and manufacturing processes

• Excellent project management and organisational skills

• London-based and available to travel for factory and supplier visits

• Comfortable working with a creative team and overseeing small production runs

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• A proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced studio environment

• Familiarity with sustainable or artisanal production techniques
