Product Designer

Impress is the chain of orthodontic clinics with fully digital processes in Europe. We have

revolutionized the invisible orthodontic sector with the best team of professionals

specialized in making people smile and using the latest technology for the diagnosis,

treatment, and follow-up of all cases.

To do this, we develop both web and mobile products for users, as well as internal software

At this stage of our journey we are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our office.

Key responsibilities:

• Own End-to-End Design for Web & Landing Pages
• Lead the design process from concept to delivery for high-impact websites (Impress and DR SMILE brands) and landing pages.Design conversion-focused web experiences using A/B testing, performance metrics, and best practices in CRO.
• Manage and Mentor Design Team
• Guide and support a team of designers.
• Drive User-Centered, Data-Driven Design
• Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and behavioral analytics to create intuitive and effective design solutions.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally
• Partner with product managers, developers, marketing team, and other stakeholders to align design with strategy, content, and technology.
• Maintain and Evolve Design Systems
• Develop, maintain, and scale design systems to ensure consistency across web touchpoints, while continuously improving visual and functional design standards.
• Sales features for mobile and web applications
• Design and prototype new Sales-related and e-commerce related features for both mobile and web platforms focusing on creating seamless, engaging user journeys that drive conversions and support business growth
• Treatment-related features of mobile application
• Enhance and expand the existing Treatment-related features in our mobile application improving usability and empowering users to better manage and track their treatment journeys

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, including leadership or mentorship roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web, mobile, and conversion-oriented design work.
• Proven experience with A/B testing, CRO, and performance-based design.
• Proficiency with Figma and other modern design/prototyping tools.
• Ability to turn research insights into effective product strategies.
• Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with product & marketing teams.
• Familiarity with developing and maintaining design systems.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
