Join a high growth startup as a hybrid Product Design Owner, bridging the gap between elegant UI/UX and technical delivery. You will own feature outcomes from Figma concepts to final engineering handoff, conduct user research, and manage delivery workflows to streamline operations for enterprise hospitality clients across thousands of locations globally.

What you will do

• Design end to end features in Figma and maintain a scalable design system for mid market and enterprise users
• Write detailed technical requirements and acceptance criteria in Linear to ensure seamless engineering implementation
• Conduct direct and asynchronous user research with restaurant managers to validate prototypes and solve operational pain points

The ideal candidate

• Proven experience in a hybrid role shipping real world products where you managed both design and delivery workflows
• Pragmatic mindset with the ability to balance high fidelity design with the necessity of shipping functional updates quickly
• Strong technical literacy, comfortable discussing constraints with engineers and potentially building prototypes using modern front end libraries
