Product Delivery & Operations Lead

We're partnering with a high-growth SaaS company seeking a Product Delivery & Operations Lead to drive complex product initiatives, major launches, and cross functional execution.

Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you'll build and run the operating systems, processes, and delivery frameworks that enable Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer teams to execute with clarity, speed, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex product launches and strategic initiatives from planning through adoption.
• Establish delivery frameworks, governance, metrics, and risk management processes.
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
• Improve delivery predictability and accelerate decision making.
• Ensure operational readiness and successful post launch adoption.

Requirements:

• 6+ years' experience in Product Operations, Product Enablement, Technical Program Management, or Delivery Leadership.
• Proven success delivering SaaS product launches, platform transitions, or transformation programmes.
• Strong technical fluency and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience building scalable delivery processes and operating models.
• PMP, CSM, SAFe, AgilePM, or similar certification preferred.
• Early adopter of AI driven productivity and delivery tools.
