For the first time, they're bringing product development and buying fully in-house, and are hiring two key individuals to shape the future of their collections.

If you're currently working within a well-known, design-led, affordable luxury jewellery brand and feel ready for more ownership, influence, and pace with a company at a pivotal moment - this is the role for you!

This isn't a traditional buying role.
You'll take full ownership across the entire product life cycle - from identifying trends and influencing design, through to sourcing, development, and ultimately understanding what drives performance in-store.

We're looking for:
* Strong jewellery experience (essential)
* A blend of commercial buying instinct + product/design sensibility
* Experience working within established, trend-led jewellery brands
* Understanding of materials such as stainless steel (PVD), brass, and sterling silver
* A passion for retail, with a desire to stay close to the customer and in-store experience
