What is it like to be a Product Assurance Engineer at DHV Technology?

As a Product Assurance Engineer at DHV Technology, you will have the opportunity to be part of our dynamic Quality team. You will play a crucial role in the quality assurance and optimization of solar panel manufacturing, ensuring the quality of materials, products in process, and compliance according to the requirements of applicable regulations within the Quality department in the Clean Room. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in the aerospace sector and contribute to the development of innovative technologies.

Responsibilities:

As a Product Assurance Engineer at DHV Technology, you will be involved in all phases of manufacturing, ensuring the successful execution of projects. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensure that the development, manufacturing, testing and release of products are performed according to the applicable to ISO and other relevant internal and international standards.
• Suppliers' quality control.
• Rejection reports communication.
• Return or replacement process.
• Analysis and management for corrective and improvement actions.
• Resolve non-conformances and work with the Operations team to implement root cause corrective actions.
• Process Audits based on international or customer standards.
• Audits of the manufacturing process based on the documentation and applicable requirements.
• Participation in the development of Control Plans.
• Quality documentation of product manufactured.

Education and Requirements:

To be considered for this position, the following qualifications are required:

• Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Organization, Industrial Technology Degree or similar.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position, desirable within the manufacturing field.
• Written and Spoken fluency in English.

Technical Competencies:

Candidates should possess the following technical competencies:

• Experience in quality process control.
• Audits manufacturing processes experienced.
• Strong knowledge of electrical/electronic systems.

Valued Knowledge in:

In addition to the technical competencies, knowledge in the following areas is valued:

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Desirable master's in occupational risk Prevention.
