Procurement Transformation Leader - Public Sector

Tower Hamlets Council is seeking an exceptional Head of Procurement to provide strategic leadership of the corporate procurement function, overseeing approximately GBP450 million of third party spend each year. You will drive transformation, commercial excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.
