Job Description
Procurement Manager for a major offshore wind project in Scotland. Responsibilities 
- developing and implementing the procurement strategy
- conducting market analysis
- leading sourcing processes
- drafting and managing complex contracts
- ensuring compliance with commercial, legal, technical, and HSE requirements
- developing negotiation strategies
- managing supplier relationships and performance
- supporting localization and supply-chain development initiatives
- identifying and mitigating risks
- tracking budget and forecasts with project controls
- collaborating across engineering, project management, legal, finance, and HSE teams
- a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of procurement or commercial experience in offshore wind, offshore energy, or large infrastructure projects
- experience managing high-value complex contracts
- strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- knowledge of offshore wind technologies and supply chain constraints
