EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction, and BAM Nuttall. We are currently looking for a Procurement Manager based in the Greatworth to Southam (G2S) area.
In this role you will be responsible for procurement within a section of works, managing the tender, award and recommendation of works packages and orders. We will expect you to carry out procurement to the highest ethical standard at all times, ensuring that procurement exercises are made against value based procurement decisions rather than purely lowest cost. Internal stakeholders must be engaged throughout the process and endorse any recommendations.
Other responsibilities include preparing and delivering internal presentations to key stakeholders, articulating package strategies and award recommendations, and ensuring that market capacity is fully considered during the tendering process.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Excellent written skills and ability to draft formal subcontract documents.
- Experience with NEC contracts.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles, procedures and methods.
- Proven analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage diverse internal and external stakeholder parties to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
EKFB will undertake the relevant standard employment checks if you are successful in the selection process. This includes taking up references, checking your ID, driving licence (if appropriate) and right to work in the UK. Some roles may also be subject to further pre employment checks. BPSS security clearance will be required and will be undertaken as part of the onboarding process.

Everyone who works with EKFB has a contribution to make; this is why we welcome applications from different backgrounds, experiences and abilities. Our aim is to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels they are able to be themselves. Please contact us if there is any additional support you might require making an application.
