Procurement Manager

We're on a mission to become the UK's leading energy transition and utilities contractor.

As we grow, we're looking for a Procurement Manager to help shape and deliver our procurement strategy.

The role may lead a small team of procurement professionals, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and driving cost savings, efficiency improvements, and quality enhancements across the procurement function.

• Supporting the Head of Procurement in developing and executing procurement strategies.
• Leading and mentoring a team of procurement professionals.
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Managing supplier performance and driving continuous improvement.
• Enhancing procurement systems and processes to boost efficiency and visibility.
• Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of purchase orders and contracts.
• Collaborating with Accounts Payable to streamline P2P processes.

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally in a project-based environment.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in procurement systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification (CIPS preferred).
