Job Description

• Developing and implementing innovative procurement strategies.
• Managing and fostering relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Head up the FM and tech/IT categories and have full ownership
• Overseeing the procurement process, from the initial identification of requirements to the final delivery of goods/services.
• Ensuring the Procurement & Supply Chain department delivers a high level of internal customer service.
• Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers.
• Identifying opportunities to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Managing and developing a team of procurement professionals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Manager should have:

• Relevant qualifications in Procurement & Supply Chain or a related field.
• Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within the professional services industry.
• Strong negotiating and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for cost savings.
• A thorough understanding of procurement processes and legalities.
