I am recruiting for an exciting Procurement Manager opportunities with a leading global company in the personal care/FMCG sector, based 3 days per week in Paris. In this role, you will manage procurement for marketing-related categories, including media buying, digital services, creative agencies, and marketing technology. You will be responsible for supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and developing sourcing strategies that support brand growth and marketing effectiveness. Requirements:

• Proven procurement experience in media, digital, marketing services, or related indirect categories.
• Background in personal care, FMCG, cosmetics, or similar industries is a plus.
• Strong track record in managing supplier relationships, cost optimization, and procurement strategies.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities such as delegation, leading agendas, and strategic thinking.
• Early management recognition, mentorship, or experience in direct reporting is a plus.
• Fluency in English
