What will the Procurement Manager - Ingredients and Protein be responsible for?

• Lead and own the Ingredients & Protein category.
• Build strong connections across all site teams.
• Drive supply chain improvements through full 360 reviews.
• Manage and develop supplier relationships to balance cost, quality, and reliable supply.
• Partner with suppliers to innovate and add value.
• Deliver a commercial edge across the product portfolio, ensuring competitive, high-quality products reach the consumer.

We are looking for the following experience for this Senior procurement role:

• Fresh thinking, a real passion for procurement in ingredients and protein.
• Solid knowledge of procurement category management strategies.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Able communicator who integrates seamlessly across functions.
• Proven ability to build collaborative supplier partnerships.
