Procurement Graduate Scheme 2026

Overview

We are recruiting for Graduates to join our dynamic Procurement team at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey. As a Procurement Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cost optimisation-contributing to the delivery of our world-class automotive products.

Programme structure

This is a two-year rotational programme (4 x 6 months) designed to build your procurement expertise and cross-functional commercial awareness. By the end of the programme, you'll be ready to take on a permanent role within McLaren's global procurement function.
