Job Description
We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Procurement Manager to lead a time-sensitive contract transformation initiative. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end assessment, revision, and implementation of supplier agreements related to a critical organizational program.This is an ideal opportunity for a results-driven procurement leader with deep contract management, project management experience, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-impact procurement project focused on identifying, reviewing, and enhancing existing supplier contracts across a key initiative
- Partner with cross-functional teams-including legal, project leadership, and category managers-to analyze contractual risks and ensure alignment with evolving project goals
- Drive the planning, execution, and monitoring of contract updates, including redlining, stakeholder negotiation, and change implementation
- Establish and manage a contractual workstream plan, including deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
- Act as a subject matter expert on procurement policy, commercial best practices, and compliance standards
- A seasoned Procurement Project Manager with a track record of successfully delivering complex contract lifecycle projects
- Proven experience in contract analysis, negotiation, and strategic sourcing within a regulated or compliance-driven environment
- Confident navigating multiple stakeholders and functional teams, with strong communication and change management skills
- Commercially astute and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret and advise on contractual terms, obligations, and risk exposures
- Adept at working in a fast-paced, project-based environment, able to balance competing priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture
