Harvey Nash is now recruiting for a Procurement Business Partner, a permanent role working for a Public Sector organisation in Scotland.
- This role would suit someone working within the private sector looking to make the transition to public sector.
- Permanent role, salary of £37k - £45k.
- 31 days annual leave plus statutory.
- Hybrid working, 2 - 3 days a week in Glasgow.
The role
This roles offers the opportunity to showcase your commercial skills and make savings across our clients Non-Regulated spend.
The post-holder will be instrumental in supporting our clients stakeholders in securing beneficial terms by reviewing, analysing, and negotiating commercial agreements. Bringing your commercial and procurement expertise to spend not currently managed through our clients Procurement Team.
Experience Required:
- Experience of procurement/purchasing with a specific focus on terms and conditions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in using e-procurement or e-sourcing tools.
- Membership of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS), working towards or commitment to attain MCIPS, other relevant professional accreditation or evidence of appropriate CPD (desirable).
