TLI Group are accepting applications for a Procurement Analyst to join our Procurement team based in Tralee, Co. Kerry.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain supplier pricing data within SharePoint and NetSuite/ERP systems.
• Review and approve purchase order requests in line with company procedures.
• Analyse spend and pricing data to identify cost saving opportunities and sourcing improvements.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and management reports using Power BI.
• Support supplier evaluation, engagement, and category management activities.
• Assist with procurement process improvements and system development initiatives.
• Maintain procurement procedures, documentation, SLAs, and SOPs.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on procurement processes and systems.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movements, and stock adjustment trends.
• Support the wider Procurement team to ensure effective service delivery across the business.

Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline.

Knowledge

• 2+ years' experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related analytical role preferred.
• Understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.

Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Good working knowledge of Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
