We're hiring a Process Optimisation Manager to lead automation and process improvement initiatives for one of our key clients - a global leader in corporate travel and event management. This is a strategic role within a high-performing product team, focused on delivering operational excellence through intelligent automation and workflow optimisation.

The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for designing and implementing automation strategies using SAP Compleat, enhancing booking, invoicing, and commercial workflows. This role offers the chance to work across departments including operations, finance, and IT, and to influence product strategy at a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy RPA solutions using SAP Compleat
- Identify and automate manual, repetitive tasks to improve efficiency
- Maintain system performance and ensure seamless integration with platforms like GDS and TMC
- Conduct process reviews and document workflows and exception handling
- Train internal teams and liaise with third-party vendors
- Monitor KPIs and report on ROI and process improvements

What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience with SAP Compleat in a tech or travel environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in product development and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
