Celestica, in partnership with ICEJobs, is looking for a dedicated Process Operator to join our onsite team at Dell Cork, supporting key refurbishment and testing operations that help keep our customer's products performing at their best.

This is a customer facing role ideal for someone who can work independently, thrives in a manufacturing environment, and wants to contribute directly to improved product performance and reduced return costs.

Location: Dell Campus, Cork

Schedule: Mon-Thu 8:30-17:00, Fri 8:30-16:00

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will play a key part in the smooth running of refurbishment and repair operations, including:

  • Refurbishing and testing Dell products to return them to the customer process
  • Supporting failure analysis and repair of production and field fallout issues
  • Providing real time feedback on defect and failure trends to help enhance quality processes
  • Working closely with technical teams onsite at Dell Cork
  • Maintaining Kanban materials and collecting billing data for repair and testing services
  • Screening for quality issues and ensuring timely communication of technical or business issues to management

You'll be supported with full training and tools onsite - so you can step into the role confidently.

What You Bring

You're a great fit if you have:

  • 5+ years' experience in a technical assembly role
  • Leaving Certificate (minimum) - technical qualifications are a bonus but not essential
  • Experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment (advantageous)
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Good presentation, database, and computer skills
  • Knowledge of customer/regulatory requirements related to manufacturing (advantageous)
