Your role

As a Process Operator A, you play a crucial role in a modern cheese production facility. Together with your team, you ensure smooth production processes and top-quality results.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Setting up, starting, and adjusting production machines.
  • Monitoring key parameters like temperature and machine speed.
  • Solving minor technical issues and reporting larger ones to technicians.
  • Conducting quality checks and logging results accurately.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to improve efficiency and workflow.


What we ask

  • A vocational diploma (MBO level 2), preferably in technology, food, or production.
  • Experience as an operator is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong technical insight and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work in 2- or 3-shift operations.
