Process Operator

We're hiring: Process Operators (Pharma/Biotech) Zwijnaarde

Join a fast-scaling global biotech company bringing CAR-T cell therapy to Belgium - and changing lives one patient at a time. We are currently looking for dedicated Process Operators to strengthen our Operations Team in Zwijnaarde.

Your role:

After an intensive GMP and aseptic operations training, you'll become part of a highly skilled team responsible for:

• Performing manual production steps in controlled environments (Grade A-D)
• Cell culture, media exchange, spiking, and freezing of therapeutic products
• Equipment monitoring and cleaning
• Supporting transitions between production zones
• Ensuring timely delivery of life-saving therapies to patients

Your profile:

• Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy
• Clear communicator and team player
• No prior experience in pharma/biotech required - full training provided
• English
• Minimum A2 diploma (Bachelor max); mindset and precision matter most
• Solid PC skills (email attachments, Teams invites, PDF creation, etc.)
• Flexibility to work across 7 rotating shifts between 6:00 and 02:00. 4 days working 4 days off
