Job Description
I am currently partnering with a leading advanced manufacturing organisation in County Clare that is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join its growing team.

- Process ownership within a manufacturing environment
- Drive yield, throughput, and process capability improvements
- Lead root cause investigations and problem-solving initiatives
- Work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, and Product Development teams
- Strong visibility and influence across the business
- Clear progression path to a Senior Process Engineer role
Ideal candidates will have:
- 5+ years' experience in Process Engineering within manufacturing, chemical, medical device, pharmaceutical, or related industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with continuous improvement and process optimisation
- A hands-on approach and passion for operational excellence
