The Role:- Comprehensive training from an experienced senior team
- Exposure to all departments of the business including Technical, Quality, and Operations
- Retailer-facing experience
- Exciting, broad range of products
- Support the delivery of scale-up of customer-approved concepts
- Educated to degree level in a relevant food industry course
- You will need to be bright, determined, and resilient
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience in baking
