Location: Birmingham (2 days p/week on-site) - Reccommended to have vehicle as site is remotely located

About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Analyst to join our clients team. This role is key to identifying, analysing, mapping and optimising business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.
You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple business units to capture current ("as-is") processes, define future ("to-be") states.
Key Responsibilities-
Map and document existing business processes using recognised methodologies (eg BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).

Analyse processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or improvement.

Support the design and delivery of process improvements and change initiatives.

Contribute and maintain process documentation standards.
Essential:
-
5 years proven experience in a Process Analyst or Process Mapping position.

Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, etc.).

Ability to map and analyse complex business processes across functions.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (eg Aris, Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, Signavio).
